Get Up and Go can be used to make a shake or smoothie providing essential vitamins and minerals with fibre, protein and essential fatty acids. It is made of a special blend of quinoa, brown rice and soya flour, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, combined with oat bran, rice bran, and psyllium husks for added soluble fibre.

The shake is flavoured with organic apples, cinnamon, natural vanilla and is naturally sweetened with xylitol.
