Practice makes perfect!
Play it by sitting your bowl on the special cushion on one hand and with the other, use the Singing Bowl Stick to rub around the rim of the bowl. Some people though prefer to simply rub the Singing Bowl Stick backwards and forwards in one particular place on the rim.
The more you rub the rim, the louder it gets.
